n this industry it says "on request" almost everywhere. I think that's the wrong approach. You shouldn't have to get on a call just to find out whether we're even a fit.
So all the prices are here. What you read here is what applies.

How payment works
In three instalments, so nothing falls due all at once:

30 % on signing — secures your date, non-refundable

40 % three months before the event

30 % two weeks before
For smaller engagements under €1,000 the full amount is due on commissioning.
Under the German small-business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged. Additional costs such as travel outside the region are agreed in advance and itemised in the quote.
What affects the price
The flat rates above cover the normal case. It only gets more expensive in these situations, and I'll tell you in advance:

more than 100 guests — more vendors, more coordination

multiple locations — ceremony, reception and party at three different addresses

lead time under eight weeks — everything runs in parallel instead of in sequence
-
travel over 80 km from Lüneburg.
What does not affect the price: how large your total budget is. A €20,000 celebration is no less work for me than a €40,000 one.
