What does the company party cost per person?
For an event that feels good, budget €80 to €110 per person. That isn't an arbitrary figure: €110 per employee per event is tax-privileged in Germany — including VAT and all incidental costs.

Booking early costs less: in August and September many venues offer early-booking terms that nobody gets in November.

Frequently asked questions
How late can I still book? For December, enquire by the end of October at the latest. After that it gets very tight. Shorter notice is possible but carries a 40% surcharge and significantly limits the choice.
From how many people is it worth it? From around 20. Below that the organisational effort is usually small enough that you can do it yourself — and I'll tell you so.
Do you do venue search only? Yes. Pure location scouting costs €490, and the amount is credited if you go on to choose a package.
Do you work with fixed venues? I have a network in the region, but no exclusivity agreements and no commissions. I propose what suits your event — not what pays me most.
Can you support English-language events? Yes. Programme, run of show and communication in English or French are no problem.
