From the first idea to the last guest. I develop the concept with you, find and negotiate all vendors, run the budget, coordinate the schedule and am on site on the wedding day with a second person.
You keep the design. I take the structure: venue, vendors, budget and the entire wedding day.

Sometimes you don't need twelve months of support. Sometimes you just need two hours with someone who has thought this through many times.
In the Clarity Session we go through your whole plan. Afterwards you have:

Getting married in two languages

When part of your family doesn't speak German, the workload doubles — and normally it lands on you.

How the planning works
01.
First call — free, 30 minutes
We talk about your date, your vision and your budget. I tell you honestly which package fits — and if none of them fits, I say that too.
02.
Quote — within two working days
ou receive a written quote with three options. It's valid for 14 days so you can decide calmly.
03.
Start — kick-off and timeline.
After signing we sit down together. You get your timeline, your budget and access to your planning portal.
04.
Planning — the longest phase
Venues, vendors, contracts, budget. You decide, I prepare. Fixed appointments so nothing gets left behind.
05.
The wedding day
I arrive before the first vendor and leave when everything is packed down. On that day you have exactly one job: getting married.
What I don't do
I'm not a florist and I'm not a decorator. I develop the concept and commission the right people — but I don't tie the bouquets myself.
I don't take commissions from vendors. I recommend who I think is right, not who I negotiated the best deal with. What you pay a vendor, you'd pay without me too.
I won't sell you something you don't need. If you describe your plan on the first call and I think you can manage it yourselves, I'll say so. Then the call has cost you nothing and you still have a plan.
Where I plan
My focus is Lüneburg and the Lüneburger Heide — estate farms, country houses, barns. I know the region, the roads and the people who work there.
I plan in Hamburg and southern Hamburg just as much, as well as Winsen, Uelzen, Buchholz and Harburg.
For weddings outside this region, just ask.
When should we bring in a wedding planner? As early as possible, ideally 12–18 months ahead, mainly because the good Heide venues go early. But six months out still makes sense. Even for pure day-of coordination, eight weeks' notice is enough.
Is it even worth it at our budget? From a total budget of around €20,000 upwards, usually yes. Not because I buy more cheaply — but because I know where money disappears without a single guest ever noticing. If your budget is well below that, I'll tell you openly on the first call.
What's the difference between day coordination and partial planning? With day coordination you've already booked everything and I just run the day. With partial planning I come in much earlier: I find the venue, select vendors and manage the budget — and coordinate the day as well, of course.
Do you choose the vendors or do we? I make a shortlist and explain it. You always decide. You shouldn't end up with my photographer, but with yours.
Do you take commissions from vendors? No. I recommend independently, and you pay vendors the same price you'd pay without me.
How does payment work? In three instalments: 30% on signing, 40% three months before the date, 30% two weeks before. The first instalment secures your date and is non-refundable.
What if we have to postpone or cancel? Postponing is usually straightforward as long as the new date is free — everything moves with it. On cancellation the deposit is retained; everything else is governed by the contract, which you can read at your leisure beforehand.
Do you work in English or French? Yes. The entire planning process, all documents and the run of the wedding day are available in German, English or French. The bilingual package costs an additional €690.
